Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at holladayeveryday@gmail.com to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to: 230 S. Day Avenue, Oakley ID 83346. Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements apply.
